1. Introduction
Welcome to AppYourShop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AppYourShop website, our no-code mobile app builder platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Use
Account Creation: To use our platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Service Ownership: All rights, titles, and interest in the AppYourShop platform, including software, design, logos, and the "no-code" infrastructure, are and will remain the exclusive property of AppYourShop and its licensors.
User Content & Data: You retain all rights to the content, products, and branding pulled from your WooCommerce store. However, by using our Service, you grant AppYourShop a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and display this content solely for the purpose of generating and maintaining your mobile application.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile app complies with all applicable laws and App Store/Google Play Store guidelines.
Prohibited Behavior: You must not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, bypass security features, or use the Service to distribute malware or fraudulent content.

5. Fees and Payments
Subscription Plans: Access to the app builder and publishing services is based on the subscription plan you select. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
WooCommerce Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining your own WooCommerce store and WordPress environment. AppYourShop is not responsible for service interruptions caused by your hosting provider or third-party plugin conflicts.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly required by law or provided within a specific promotional trial period.

6. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if your subscription payment fails. Upon termination, your mobile app may cease to function or be removed from the app stores.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service "As Is": AppYourShop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppYourShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppYourShop and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for small claims matters.

10. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
